BYLAWS OF THE ROBERT LESSARD MEMORIAL STUDENT CHAPTER of the
AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF PROFESSIONAL GEOLOGISTS

Article II - Object

Article IV - Membership

Article VI - Officers

第一节. The officers shall consist of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, and 财务主管.

第六节. Election shall be by a majority vote (i.e., more than 51%) of the members 现在.

Article VII - Duties of the Officers

Article VIII - Chapter Executive Committee

Article IX - Committees

Article X - Meetings
